Stereotypes?

I believe media plays a big role in stereotypes. Especially on blondes, because usually the skimpy, sexy girl in the movie is a blonde and sometimes not always they are stupid, but media has come a long way from what they used to show.

Media maintains these stereotypes by showing it in different people and mostly they show it in celebrities. The media makes fun at people who may look different or even talk different, but really everyone is the same. We all may have different personalities, but we all have one. 

The medias role is to make fun at people or they over exaggerate in who or what they are stereotyping?. They do this to get an audience or they try to make a point. Sometimes if your trying to make a point its good for others, but the media sometimes doesn't do that when they should.

Media is what gave us the ideas of stereotypes of women and men around the world... problem is, is that we have to figure out what they truly mean by them. So what do you think of them?
